Janet Ganbold
is a graduate student studying Cinema at Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea. She received her undergraduate degree in Film and Media from UC Berkeley in 2025.
She is currently researching about Asian American cinema and working on her first narrative feature film. Previously, she has made several short films during her undergraduate studies. She has also worked as an Associate Producer on the feature documentary The Dao of Thao (2026).
In her free time, she enjoys watching movies and funny TV shows with her family. She has a pet dog named Leo, who forgot his English name after his puppy days, so he only responds to his Mongolian name, Arslan.
